I have a stock rear end length with the 1" spaced superfins And a minitec MTD kit which spaces out about a half inch or close they claim

10X7 golf cart wheels with 165s

Ive seen a car with the group 2 wides and it looked good but i prefer the ones without a lip,i love sportspack style..dont know if theyll cover now that i realized the front was wider have to measure.

How much do you need to cover? My Mini has W& arches as fitted by them and they looks great. Very clean and smooth. I believe they extend out 2.5 at the widest point.

I also had the same issue - and I think I may have the wrong arches.  I went with Group 2 Wide version - and have 10x6 MB wheels with these stupid spacers to clear some aftermarket front disc/calipers.  When I measured on my mini before full body respray, it looked like a 2.5" (80mm wide?) tire extension from body.  And I am not sure if I should have went with the non-race version (I think 1.75" or 60mm wide?).  I think the Group 2 Wide (via Mini Sport) are better suited for 10x7 wheels - like in this PIc

My buddies car here -

Group 5  arches- with 13 x 6 wheels. He might trim the lip off.. for the full round profile but either way they're the fit for the width.

I pesonally have group 2's on my own car - and because of no inner workings you can mount them as high or as low as you need to close up wheel gap more.

Totally your choice for look.

I like the oldschool Group 2 arches with the lip for the chrome strip, those are what I'll prob end up with - w 13". I have a set of meetthespeakers wide Annapolis (Mexico) flares to try fitting once I have a decent body to fit them up to - not everyones cup of tea however. //www.minifinity.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=156&t=91892

I am torn between 10" or 13" wheels but I don't like flares w 10" wheels unless (again) old school lipped flares with 6x10's. With the brakes I have now, I have to go 13" - I have great extend studs too so I can move wheel in n out w spacers to fit the flare better.

Sportspacks are sexy tho too but that's kind of the revin look here in Cali

Im soo use to people being negative towards me and my choices with the mini that i almost feel like you were taking a stab lol

I like more of a factory or simple look...i dont like De seamed cars, wide body,15" wheels on minis, miglia arches etc..im going for a rather clean look and i think stock sportspack style arches or similiar are decent,i went with 10" wheels which i love the look of,i do like deep 12s though..not so much 13s..I havent hacked my car up beyond repait aside from the front end is a flip front which mskes life easy since i will be swapoing motors and trans pretty frequent.

Id just like opinions on a good fitting arch or reproduction company so i dont get some POS ones..and that car shown in my opinion is HIDEOUS.I like the idea behind the extended noses however and the ourpose it serves..but to me it takes away from the short stubby look of a round nose that i love.My mini is junk but it still makes me smile seeing it lol and its different then what im use to..its surrounded by Fords and a bmw.

I have a vtec standard length round nose..has wide wheels and nore offset and i need arches. My car has the standard arches for 88 i suppose, very small black plastic ones..

I like the look of the Fiberglass Sortspack arches...Minitec also offers a few similiar to these but i kindve like how the arch has a small indent for the bumper and actually goes down in the front past the bumper.

What arches have you guys used or seen that are nice? Also,i dont have factory panels and its a flip front so im not buying genuine arches for 900 lol id be sick to my stomache fitting them and cutting lol

ALSO,are they available with no sidemarkers?
