Spade connector tabs are bonded to the matrix, and they attach to wires. A slight tug on the tabs will pull them out past the trim piece.

Hi, guys.... I've wanted to ask you a question, that I cant seem to find the answer to the last few days.

How do you remove/disconnect a rear window defroster. I need to remove my rear window in order to replace the damage seal with a new one. However, I have not found a way to do it on the Internet. I don't want remove the entire defroster from my rear window, but just want to  unattach the tow corners that are connected to the wires. Oh, and how would I reconnect them to the two wires at the corners of the rear window, thank in advance.
