Could be. It looks like an Australian Moke with an aftermarket dash and was for sale on MM classifieds a while back with i believe a gearbox issue which i guess has been resolved now.

Unlikely... has the wider body and 13 inch wheels,  later gauges and dash... Might be Australian or even later Portugese?

And it's definitely NOT RWD!!
