Drove this mini today.  Motor is exactly as advertised, drives well, revs freely, no smoke.  Transmission was very smooth too.

$650 is a hell of a deal for a complete running unit with all ancillaries.

this includes everything else like radiator, alternator, carburetor and shifter? Hmm $650 still seems a lot for a 998. What kind of head is it?
