My guess is that it's something to do with your page settings here: //www.minimania.com/act_editSettings.cfm
I'm out atm, but I'll look at it tomorrow am. The default is 25, I would guess if you set your msgs per page to 25 it will work correct. So for now that's the easy fix until i can look at it tomorrow.

Image Gallery
The first image is the second page of the notice board - we can see all the topics. Not all have more than one page.
The second image shows what I see when I select a topic with less that 2 pages of postings. No way to get to the postings. Useless, right?
The third image shows what I see when I select a topic with more than one page. The page number selectors appear. If I chose one, I do get to see the postings.
Maybe it is Management's clever plan to keep you checking in and following threads before they drop to page 2.
