Check battery and running voltage perhaps your charging circuit is not working properly? Radios usually cut out from lack of voltage not lack of power. Note that power (Amps) is not the same as Volt's...............

Mini's are like buses they come along in a bunch

Yes ,check all the grounds always and clean areas ,bolts ,etc with a scotchbrite pad or sand to clean metal.Make sure the ground wires/straps are all nice and sound as well.

A good clean ground connection in the boot. Clean the paint off to bare metal.

Reassembling my Mini and have all of the dash components hooked back up, lights etc. issue I am having is I don't seem to have enough power to run multiple things (head lights and spots for example) and the radio. Radio will intermittently cut off and on or off all together. If running no lights no issue. Any thoughts on what to check? Electrical is not my forte...appreciate the help!!

Matt
