Hagerty recently had an article listing the Neon as one of the 5 cars most likely to go "extinct" in the near future.  Regardless, the Neon filter isn't likely to disappear from shelves in the near future.  It's probably used by a bunch of other cars.

Bought 3, Fram PH3614's yesterday. $5.69. (then discovered I already had a couple on the shelf in my garage)

The other 2 Fram's were $10 and $15 - careful which ones you choose if you

go to Canadian Tire.

Interesting about the Dodge Neon.

The PH3600 fits my '98 Ford Escort, so it could make things easier at the parts store to get two of the same filter!

A long time ago, in a land far far away, I saw this in a thread here; bookmarked it and my bookmarks got killed when they did the forum upgrade I think.

Anyways, this is not "my" list. (perhaps MTOON's in SK? ) but I used it once upon a time to purchase a FRAM from Canadian Tire , so just posting it up again for everyones reading pleasure.  Additions welcome.
