I don't know of any diagrams of the internals of the window locks, but they are quite simple. From what I remember, the button (when removed) looks sorta like an hourglass with a cup on one end. There is a spring that fits in the cup which applies pressure outward to push the button back when you release it. The pin coming out of the bottom is also spring loaded so that it springs up and allows the pin to go upward into the body of the lock and out of the door rail. The hourglass shape of the button allows this to go up and down, depending on where the pin is in relation to the narrow part of the hourglass shape. Hope this helps.

You should be able to disassemble the one that is complete and use the parts to fix the one that you have that doesn't have the button in it. They are not too complicated, and the only difference is the body of the thing.
Hmmm...will look into that if Al doesn't come by one.
Is there a diagram out there showing the internal?

Passenger seat RHD left shoulder Big AL. It will be the one with the narrower base.
