Even if what YOU remember about Seakonk in 1998 is true, what are YOU basing your statement that traffic in St Michaels in 2015 may be a problem.
And I don't need morning coffee. Have you taken your meds???

Although my memory may be slipping, l remember three things about MM East in Seekonk MA back in 1998- 1/ NO working air conditioning in the host hotel with temps in the 90's
2/The traffic, as soon as you left the host hotel parking lot, it was major road construction & there were just far too many cars on the road for the area-
3/And thats' were l met Billy Bob Cox, sitting in the hotel parking lot at 10:00 AM drinking Red Stripe out of an ice chest & selling minis-

Unless you've been to St Michaels you shouldn't comment on the traffic! I attended the 1998 MME in Seakonk and I don't remember the traffic being terrible. The only traffic problem I recall was a drive into downtown Boston which I didn't participate in.
Don't try to create problems for the meet since you don't live in or know the area!

Minsuki/Chris I am sure will chime in, or Larry/Wendy. CMR as far as I know will be hosting the event. I don't know all the details, but I look forward to it in the beautiful Eastern Shore/St Micheals Area. It's on the water, lots of nice cruising roads, close enough for beach runs. As far as dates, again Chris can confirm, but it was my understanding it would be prior to July 4th, I believe weekend before? End of June? Anyway, I am excited because it's less than an hour away or so, so I wouldn't qualify for the furthest distance traveled. I'm not to up on my crabs, but maybe a few of you can have a soft shell crab sandwhich... not my bag... anyway.... Chris?

There was talk at Mid Ohio about the DC/northern Va. holding it on the beautiful eastern shore of Va./ Maryland. I did not go to the meet so I don't know what came of that idea. I for one would be happy with that out come. When they tied the meet to the 4th of Jul. it killed it for me. If in Va next year I plan to attend. Steve (CTR)

I've been looking but have yet to see any comments on who will be hosting Mini Meet East in 2015. Has this been decided?
