would you mind sharing what kind of resin do you use for casting? I have been experimenting with cloning wheels using the 2 part by Specialty Resins but find it a bit soft and britle

Someone maybe Alex and Suzy had a UK Moke kit at a Spring Thing wedding one year in Kissimmee Fl, it was the actual ring bearer in the wedding.

So, I gotta ask... When are you going to start the Moke* conversion kit?

*-And, for goodness sake, make it a proper English Moke.

Just wanted to update everyone on the progress.

Tailgate is almost done and will be making the rear bumpers hopefully this weekend.

Now before I give out the price for this conversion, I recommend to everyone that is wanting this to go on ebay and look up "resin model kit" Then look at what the body conversions in 1/24 1/25 scale go for just to get an idea of the cost of these things.

This conversion kit will contain the following parts.

1. Body 1pcs

2. Bed Floor 1pcs

3. Floor Pain 1pcs

4. Tail Gate 1pcs

5. Gas Tank 1pcs

6. Tail Light 2pcs

7. Rear Bumper 2pcs

8. Body supports above rear fenders 2pcs

You will need a Tamiya Mini kit in 1/24 scale to complete this truck.

I will keep posting updated pictures of progress as I get them.

No I did not get the pictures.

I will let everyone know when the master for the truck is done on here and as to where to buy it from.

Still not sure what to charge for them yet. I know what they should go for and what I would have to pay for them if I was buying them but just not sure if thats what I will charge yet.

I think you forgot about the bit of extra body length behind the rear wheels

Cheers, Ian

ratpack, the pickup wheel base was lengthen by 3 inches added to the 10 ft 1/4 inch of the saloon makes 10 ft 3 1/4 . I'll have to measure my pickup before I make an ass of myself. Oops too late for that.
