1989 MINI Austin · Convertible · Driven 95,515 miles
1989 right hand drive 30th anniversary Austin Mini, one of 1000 made in black and it has a custom convertible job. Born May 26, 1989. He runs, drives, shifts, but needs work. He has been garaged for the last 7-10 years. He already has new Minilite wheels, new radiator/hoses/thermostat/heater core, tires a few years old but not a lot of miles on them, new front shocks, new fuel pump, new tappet cover seals, and a brand new styling convertible top! Interior is original but the upholstery guys pulled the covers and replaced the seat foam. Valid clean Florida title!
Forgot to mention, his name is Reginald. He has a leak, as most English cars do. Likely the driveshaft seal and I have one, I just have run out of time to continue to work on him. He is a running, driving project car. He was run hard as a young english road car but someone brought him over to the US and since then a couple of us have worked on getting him back into shape.
