The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate shows it was built on 15 September 1965 and dispatched on 16 September 1965 to the USA. Delivered to a first owner in New Mexico who kept the Mini for the next 45 years. Then selling to San Diego owner, Robert Fenton. Fenton comprehensively restored the Mini over several years, completing it in 2019. Then selling to Ed Blais of Salt Lake City who has owned numerous Minis.
Condition:
Having undergone a complete bare shell professional restoration completed in 2019 by San Diego owner, Robert Fenton This included all paint, body, chrome , mechanical work, wiring, interior upholstery, and fine details with all NOS parts. The restoration was done under the supervision of Robert Fenton who raced Mini Coopers for years and has owned several. Still retaining its original engine and colors. One of the finest, most correct examples available. Ready to enter a concours or be driven for fun.
