998 Engine/ with rod change gearbox from 1974 Mini MkIII. On consignment for our customer as he is upgrading to Honda Power. This is a unique opportunity to buy a dialed in Turbo Setup with some good upgrades to go along with it. Estimated at 85bhp.
Modifications:
- Jet Motors Turbo Master Kit (new HIF44, Pertronix ignition, ceramic coated exhaust)
- includes high pressure fuel pump and regulator, turbo blanket) $5k for the kit
- Minisport Stage II head (new valves, springs, hardened valve seats for unleaded fuel)
- Milled to 9.0:1 compression ratio
- New OE head studs
- New pushrods
- Vernier lightweight adjustable timing set
- Near new water pump and aluminum HD radiator
- New clutch with ‘fast road’ diaphragm (orange dot) and new release bearing
- New clutch oil seal
- 7.5 imp. gal (approximately 9 US gal) fuel tank
