Any luck in this problem? I seem to be in the same situation. Haven't plumbed a mini brake line system in years, and I have forgotten how the lines run, and what junctions have in them. Any photos? Thanks!

Hopefully some of the Moke guys will post soon with more specific information. In the meantime you may want to look at the pipe routing diagrams for sedans shown in the link below.
