Can anyone ID these Rims? I got them off an old racer that I bought for parts. Decided I am going to powder coat them for Blinky. Imagine my surprise when the tire guy took the old rubber off and found inner tubes in them! The old timer that owns the shop says that they used to rally them with the tubes in them. Didnt give me a reason but I guess you learn something every day. While I am on the topic how does everyone feel about reusing old rubber? These tires seem to be in pretty good condition would you reuse them?
