What looks funky on the front right side? 2 spots looks rustish, or bad powder?

I need to get some stuff done - holidays demanding too much time! So I won't fix the toilet or put away the old beer cans. That should be ok, no?

Tim and Nigel, on the UK Moke.org forum have located a part number : 21A1116, new old stock number, not good any more. and a possible source, plus maybe an
outline drawing, or tracing! so I could tell dimensions!
that would greatly facilitate making one. Now, on the other hand, if anyone happens to have one of those around and could part with it, used is quite fine..... please let me know at email below! Thanks!

IT wont be a moke if you dont have the brake TEE bracket!
Make one up- No one will ever know the difference!
What im saying is - its a Sepreate part - not welded or fastened to the body - the Clutch HOse holds it in place for the Brake Tee bracket.

I want to have a bracket that is wider to the left, bend downwards with a hole to bolt on the three way brake union.
sort of like this one - enlarge, look closely:
If it's not one thing, it's another. So, now what? I leave it just hanging in the air? Bolt it to the firewall, maybe with a spacer? Fabricate an overlay? Cheeze. !
