I am looking for a local mechanic in the Chapel Hill / Carrboro area (in NC) who is knowledgeable of vintage Vespas to sort out a few issues on my P200e (ignition and on-off switches do not work, but bike can be started without them; engine does not idle properly and stalls easily when choke is off; carburetor was cleaned and rebuild twice but performance did not improve; carb box gasket to engine replaced; air mixture screw and carb screw adjusted as per Haynes manual),
