I sold an older bike I had and met the lady half hour away. The spoiler ended up not being an issue bc I had adjusted the saris so it cleared it. The rack I have is for  3 bikes.  It has only had and will only be one bike on it. The heavier schwinn rode great so I'll be very comfortable putting my diamondback on it. It weighs less. The rubber feet on the rack never scratched my Eclipse but I cut clear 3M tape the size of the feet and put on the bumper.

Nice find!  Maybe you can also pull the fuse on the wing so it stays down for added safety....

Ya I have zero experience installing bike racks on cars so I shouldn't be commenting. The manufacturer of the rack never checks to see if it fits they just make it up.

Well after adjusting it ,it fits very well. My bike isn't heavy and even on my last car I set it in the middle spot so it didn't touch the car.

Your car, your bike, do what you want.
Personally I've seen too many bikes hit the deck and too many cars damaged when racks (Bones included) are used when "not recommended" or "no fit available" by the manufacturer.

Their website says none fits but the bones does fit and felts very sturdy. Their website also says it wouldn't fit my last car with a spoiler but it did.

If you want to know for sure that it fits use the Saris rack fit guide on their website. You don't say what year the car is. So I couldn't plug it in.
https://www.saris.com/
My recollection is a Bones rack won't fit a late model MINI correctly.
