That’s correct, it’s a kit to install a 1000cc Yamaha motorcycle engine in the front of a mini. To my knowledge there’s been three manufacturers of motorcycle engine kits, one rear wheel drive with a space fame, (Z-cars) and two front wheel drive, Pro Motive and Lynx, all are now out of production. I bought a bare shell, incomplete, and a box of parts specifically to build an R1 powered Mini. Now that I have the car to the point that it is a roller, I went to order a kit and found that they are all no longer in production.

I think it is a UK made kit that uses a Yamaha R1 motorcycle setup in the front of a classic mini. Still FWD that way.
