At the time, we could not find anyone to reprogram the ecu for the larger throttle body. We have not looked since we dropped the product.

Thanks
FYI, when MINI upgraded the ECU around 2004-2005, the newer ECU didn't like the larger throttle body and threw a CEL and code. One of the reasons why we discontinued the product.

Im not worried about the minimal air back into the supercharger from the BPV since the car is modified and tuned already.
It sounds like you have an oversized throttle body and need the plumbing to connect it to the car. We have never heard of, or seen oversized plumbing to connect a 3 inch throttle body on the gen1.  We used to offer an oversized 'bored out' throttle body but we kept the stock plumbing.

Not sure of the vacuum lines you mention - there will always be an impact when you start plugging up vacuum lines...

I don't see any reason why you couldn't vent the bypass valve to the atmosphere, essentially going to a blow off valve instead of a bypass valve.
