Having gone through full breast cancer treatment myself (men can get it too ), I know what she (and you) is going through. It can be beaten.
Dan - thank you for sharing.  Glad you won your battle.

Thank you Big Al.
There is a reason we talk Mini's here and not politics nor religion Bill.
I lived in North Carolina for two years and left the state because I was reassigned to Oklahoma.

Bill, First back in 2017 just before Thanksgiving (you know the religious holiday) my daughter called to tell us she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.  Since that time quite a few trips have been made to Utah to help out while she has gone thru chemo, surgery, and radiation.  She is still fighting the battle against cancer and is back in chemo.  So, I have been in Saint George, Utah doing family things and spending time with 4 of my 6 grandchildren.  Now you ask why would anyone move to UTAH, a lot of people move here from California as it is cheaper here and you do not have to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to live here.  But Bill, you can find the Church there in North Carolina.  (and upwards of 100,000 members).
Second, just stating that if you do your "homework" you do not need a broker and can do it yourself.

New York State issues a registration for older cars, if it shows “ Transferrable” then it is good to go

Back in May we sold our house in Georgia and moved to Utah.  Georgia is a non-title state meaning for older cars they do not issue a title just a registration.  A few weeks after arriving in Utah we (my wife and I) went to get our drivers licenses.  After we had that part done we went next door to the DMV to get Utah plates, registrations, and titles.  I had no problems whatsoever getting a tag, registration, and title as well as ordering the "vanity plate" for my '66 Cooper 'S.  So, the advice I would offer would be to check out what you need on the states website. Before I left Georgia I took the Utah Certificate of Inspection and my car to the local police office and had them verify the VIN. Anyway I now a title in hand.
