You can check your local yellow pages to see who might offer replacement windshield in your area.  You will need to ensure that the glass you get is of good quality.

I would be concerned with the installer's knowledge of the MINI so they can install without damaging your car..... Improperly installed A-pillars have a tendency to fly off after installation....
