- That fuzz ball behind the cone filter looks like a mouse nest to me. Had one this year in the glove box. Could be birds nest but size too big. Had that once also.

I believe that is a loofah bath sponge. Always have one handy, you never know when you might need it.
Coil cover is pretty trick as well.
When owning a classic Mini you do what you gotta do.
