Lock flywheel with special tool
Lock cams with special tool
Remove chain tensioner
Remove upper slide rail
Remove intake cam sprocket
Install in reverse.

The timing chain has already been replaced by a reputable repair shop and the recommended it be replaced also. We didn't have to money at the time. a year later and we are now having issues.
