Maybe you can re-configure the oil lines and use the transmission cooler as an engine oil cooler?

thanks for the help. I didn't want to have to buy the new oil filter housing with oil cooler.$150.00. plus the coolant lines.$55.00.used parts.

Your car should run fine without the oil cooler on the oil filter housing. Monitor the oil temp on hot days and that will tell you whether you need the oil cooler or not.
