Increase or worst case neutral I think, because none of the police modifications make any function of the car unusable (assuming it doesn't have lights or anything that stop you driving on public roads).

For example, when I was looking at a fire truck, I wanted it so much, but it wasn't usable with a 850 engine. And in a vehicle that unique I just couldn't do any engine changes. So for me, that modification actually decreased the value. But, for someone who didn't care so much about the history they could have just paid normal price and thrown away the fire truck stuff in the back and upgraded the engine. So I think in the end the uniqueness was value neutral.

For cop car...how much more? Can't answer that. Depends how much someone is willing to pay. Could be a lot, could be almost nothing.

I think a Cooper S police car should be viewed and remain as it was originally speced. Just like a factory racecar, it's glory and history should be celebrated.

This truck looks like your cup of tea right? Maybe you could make a trade?
