Interesting, the part on the left is part of the steering column.  I'll take a look to see if it will fit in.  The column is in but it's very possible it's not installed correctly.  For some reason I had it in my head it had something to do with the gas pedal but couldn't see how it would fit.  But the column is in the ball park. 

Your info says '97 on.  I don't know the year of the car for sure but I'm pretty sure it is in the 1974 - 1976 range even though the title says 1967.  I think the car's info was falsified to import it into the US.  In any case it's become clear to me that part mix and matching on these cars is not unusual given how old they are.

mounts under or above the front parcel shelf to support the steering column. I think the shear bolts to this bracket.

The smallest part is the gas pedal stop. Goes on the lower bolt on the pedal box.

I posted a little while back how I am putting back together a Mini that had been sitting apart for almost 10 years.  I have a couple parts that seem familiar but for the life of me I can't figure out what they are or where they go.  Note two of the parts have been painted black with POR 15.
