Yes. You can put some sand paper down on a flat surface and do figure-8's to loosen it.

Or you can just use a slightly worn C-clip on the crank slot

I've been chasing a clutch issue for a couple years and think I may have found an issue.
I can't quite get a .003" feeling in at the primary gear.  So I'm thinking I don't have enough gap....meaning a thinner thrust
I have measured my thrust bearing(washer?) at 2.8mm or .11"

The replacement ones I see listed start at .111".

Now, my gauge only gives me measurement to two decimals so no idea if it.s .119 or .111.
Can it be taken down with some emery cloth?
