Haha!  Actually, as I recall, it looked quite good and made it look the way I wish BMW had made the MINI.

In the early days of the MINI, there was a company (I think in the UK) that was talking about manufacturing a bonnet that was basically an overlay for the MINI that gave it more of the Classic Mini look (vertical nose and headlights).  I don't think that they ever came to market, and I don't know how many were ever made, but does anyone recall the name of the company and/or possibly have pictures?  I recall seeing a dark pic of the shop with guys standing around a MINI, ostensibly working on it, that looked a lot like a Mini.
