Are the masters removed and out of the way and the steering column out? It should just slide in and bolt up with the pedals installed. No gas pedal installed either.

You can remove the pedals with the box, it's a wrestle, but they'll come.
Don't overlook the bolts in the firewall behind the pedals

Who has tips on reinstalling the pedal box in my '73 Mini. Do I have to remove the pedals? Am trying to do it without removing the pedals. Those springs are tough to handle. I tried to wire them up but things just don't seem to want to go.
