Thanks Markiss. I've seen the cars from Stanceworks. I won't be airbagging mine. It does sit pretty low low. I'll be looking over ABSmotorsports site soon.

StanceWorks (if you folks don't know of them) do a lot with air bag suspension. I would say this Mini is a result of that work. Usually there's a range of settings. So that wouldn't necessarily be the driving setting.
Good part about the kits from ABSmotorsport is that you can either purchase the entire kit or just the individual parts that you want. So in the case that you don't want to replace the stock bumpers, you could only buy the side skirts and arches from a kit. They make more than just kits. Other styling mods, and race stuff. I almost considered the evil eye covers. But I guess that might have been the younger punk-kid part of me wanting a piece of the action.

Simple recipe for Excitement: Take 1 Classic Mini. Throw in 1590cc's of engine. Add 5 gears. A dash of 94 octane. A sprinkle of style inside and out. Toss in 1 MadMan and finally heat tires and pavement to taste. Recipe produces 1 Mini VTEC conversion and full satisfaction. Motor on!

don't hit any bumps or you'll be redoing your flares.

Yes, the host carries ABS's products. Tony at ABS is great to chat with also. A few kits and other Mini treats to choose from.

You can run 10 inchers with the sport pack flares. You might have to bring them out to fill the flare. Yes you can run 10s.

Oh it'll be awhile before I get anything done. Even if I buy the parts now, nothing is going to happen with the car soon. It's been parked for about 15 years now. I will look into getting the parts though. Maybe that will motivate me to get it out and work on it. Sports pack flares are for 12 or 13 inch tires and wheels, right? I'm keeping my 10 inch wheels and tires. Thanks again for the info.

You're on your way. Buy the side skirts, make the brackets to fit them. Then get the sports pack arches and modify them to fit. The front arches on the pictured mini has shaved turn indicators. They come both ways. Give us a picture when you get it done.

This car was built by Stanceworks. I tried to contact them with no luck, and couldn't find the info on the build. I've been looking for a body kit like this with the side skirts, and still has the stock bumpers. Any one recognize it, or know of another one that's similar? I have and will keep 10" wheels. This might be it from our host, Part No: ABSMS001, but I don't think so.
