Im not clear as to what panel(s) your looking for . the whole lower panel/parcel tray? Your switch panel is in the middle, your steering column and pedal box mounts to the tray. The front mounting for the heater box mounts just below the switch panel.  If possible - post a picture of what you have then we will be able to figure out what is missing.

I am looking for a parcel try for my 1960 traveler.  What I need is the metal front rail.  I bought the cheap cardboard insert from England.  Not sure what other parts are needed to make it work.  But I need it all.
