It is not just temperature that matters. if you are actually experiencing 95 % humidity then the AC will be using a lot of energy condensing water from the air. If so, then the temperature of the resultant partially dehumidified air will not be as low as you might expect. Still, dehumidification is a good thing.

Not sure... maybe it means "Actual Cold", something we are well acquainted with here in Canada. None of my Canadian Minis have had it either.

Just randomly stumbled across this questions. My 93 JDM mini with a 1275 blows COLD air. When I had it at JET motors last summer, he said it was one of the coolest ACs he'd ever seen. According to Jeremy many don't blow super cold, regardless of cmfresh charge or not... Maybe not exactly what you want to hear, but it may be very dependant car to car
