The footwell module in the gen1 R52 convertible is called the Body Control Module. They started to use the term 'footwell module' with the gen2 models.

What exactly are you trying to fix?

HELP!
     I have a 2007 Mini Cooper Convertible, John Cooper Works model. I CAN NOT find the Footwell Module!!! I have checked and found only:
Drivers side Left panel- Fusebox
Drivers side Right panel- vent controls
Passenger side Left panel- vent controls
Passenger side Right panel- Body control module

There is nothing that looks like the Footwell module.

Where else could they be hiding it?
