But once you've driven a Classic Mini or a Moke, you'll sell that BMW and seek out a real Mini!

~ 30 minutes in a Mini is more therapeutic than 3 sessions @ the shrink. ~

I would recommend you try to find some used R60 Countryman springs from a wrecking yard. The alternative is to purchase new from a dealer.
What diameter tires are on your Countryman? If it is 18 inch, then switch to 17's - the taller sidewall will help the ride quality.
If your Countryman has runflat tires, switch to non-runflats. The runflats have very stiff sidewalls which ride rough.
Lastly, how many miles on your Countryman? If it is high mileage, perhaps it is time to replace the shocks? Get stock replacement shocks and avoid any 'heavy duty' or performance shocks.

I just bought a 2015 R-60 JCW. It's been lowered and the ride is rough. I live in pothole city Georgia so I need to know what I need to bring it back tomorrow it's original height and give me a soft ride. Also what tires do you recommend?
