Hello guys!

I am repairing the rear quarter windows on my R52 2007 convertible. I've done it in the past following a Youtube video, but I am encountering that when the temperature drops, the windows don't go down all the way, and only half way if so. 

Did I do something wrong? tighten the bolts too much?

Any advice would be appreciated!!

I have the kits, I have all the hardware, but something isn't right and there is nobody that knows how to work on this in my area!!!

HELP!!!
