Longest stroke = 1098

Smallest bore = 997

From a previous link...

So...

After much head-scratching, phone calls, swearing and coffee, it appears that the reason that the forum and another site I host on the same infrastructure have been partially unavailable depending on where in the world you are and what ISP (internet service provider) you use is because of our old friend SPAM..

Impossible to say whether or not there's been abuse of the mail servers associated with either of my sites, or if it's because of abuse of mail servers on sites with similar IP addresses. I am considering suspending the mail servers but that will come with some impacts for users here who may rely on notifications on watched topics, new PM's or indeed, mailing between one another outside of the forum. I'll drink some more coffee and think about it.

If you have concerns about this, please write about it in the 'Forum Questions' section.

Cheers,
Gary

Interesting, it's the mk1-forum.net I can't get. It must be a local issue.

As I've searched for assistance on mini matters, The Miniforum.co.uk has been a great source of info. There are quite a few folks there that are actively working on minis mostly in the UK / AUS / NZ. they are a welcoming bunch.

Certainly a bit more activity going on there...

The Mk1 forum seems to have a similar level of activity. - Lots of historical images - which I enjoy.

Were you thinking about the mk1 performance forum maybe? I do think that one has shut down.

I see the Mk1 forum has bitten the dust. Is this forum the only one left. OMG!
