There's should be a small square headed stud in the steering column that does the cancelling. Is it present? Post a closeup picture of your setup maybe there's something else missing or broken.

Hello Mini Mania community,

I'm currently restoring my 1963 Morris 850 and I'm facing an issue with the self-canceling turn signal mechanism. Despite several adjustments, the turn signals do not self-cancel as they should. I've tried realigning the steering wheel and inspected the turn signal switch, but the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with their classic Mini? Any advice or tips on troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help! UltaBirthdayGift com
