ANY year Pup is "desireable"
Outwardly they are all basically the same other than full width bumper and tail lights.
I'd fix the little things on this like the door handles and some paint issues and the flares.
Any Honda conversion, however well done, probably wont fetch what is into it.
(Those vented doors add some desire)

Have you considered BAT with a reserve? If it doesn't sell that would give you some indication of true market value. I would think the reserve should start with the number 3...

Okay, let's break down the potential value of your 1964 Mini Pickup with the Honda conversion, considering your description. I'll focus on the factors that influence its worth, ignoring your personal investment, as requested.
Factors Affecting Value:
Year and Model (1964 Mini Pickup):
Early Mini Pickups are inherently desirable. They have a classic, iconic look and are relatively rare, especially in good condition. This is a big plus.
Honda Conversion:
This is a double-edged sword. affordable care act
Pros: Increased reliability, potentially better performance, and easier parts availability compared to the original engine. This can broaden the appeal to those who want a usable classic.
Cons: It deviates from the original specification, which can deter purists and collectors. The quality and execution of the conversion are crucial. If it's a well-done, professional job, it adds value. If it's a rough, backyard job, it detracts.

If you look under the Social tab above you will see Cars for Sale. Click that, then click on Show Sold Ads. In the search field put pickup. You will see what has sold for the last several years here.

Ignoring how much I invested into this (way more than I would get back as usual), what do you think my 1964 Mini Pickup is worth? It has a honda conversion, lots of good parts, but could use paint/body stuff and the new owner can make the interior more their think easy enough. It was my semi-daily driver (motorcycle other days) for about 10k miles last year. I have pics and a writeup here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1nMcEH0tJO72FtrELsxTJ5yuD-6HdoWCI?usp=drive_link
Any help would be appreciated.
