MINI Cooper Window Regulator

The side door windows on all Minis sold here in the USA have a very nice feature of being electric driven.  This same feature can be a curse when the cable or motor fails.  Enclosed behind the door panels the lift mechanism consists of cables and pulley that are driven from a fact acting electric motor.  In our experience the cable assembly fails more often than the motor but it might make sense to replace them both while you have it apart.
