Evidently, they've come down in price, but we're not sure how much? We have a couple of shops that are asking us to provide parts for swapping new and classic minis over to Electric. I've got a call into them to see what it might cost. I'll let you know once I know.

When I restored my '63 countryman 10 years ago, I looked into converting it to electric but this would have added about $30,000 to the cost of restoration. Now that EV are more common, I wonder what the cost might be. I think Minis and especially the wagons are excellent candidates for electric conversion and they would be very fast and fun to drive.
