In 2004 I flew out and bought an '02 MINI in Virginia. My friend and I drove back home to California and had a fabulous vacation/roadtrip on the way home. Car turned into a lemon after 2 years but the trip was priceless and will stay with me forever.

you have ever DRIVEN your MINI to get to a show or other event? I was part of the VW community and drove my VW's (only one at a time 
) from Ohio to Fl, Az, Canada, NC, KY, and a lot of other points along the East coast. It was a way of life...
Lurking around the forum, I find that this type of community exists in the MINI world. I want to join in...
