Nobody has asked you about the other nuances of your cooling system as an avenue to help with your overheating, but go ahead and reverse the fan as a hopeful first step. If that suffices, fine. If not, many of us have tales of what works for us if you need further suggestions. Keep us posted!

Easy to remember: put the fans on so that they "cup" over the water pump pulley.

That fan is on backwards. I would try reversing it before trying any other fans or rads.

spends few $$. and get the 2 core alloy rad and 6 blade metal tropical fan blade.. works wonders on minis cooling..

It's on backwards. From the MM catalog's description of the plastic fan:
Make sure you fit the plastic blade the right way, the smoother moulded center faces the engine, which might look wrong to some people.
