Despite still wearing its original UK number at both ends, and with a 70s UK tax disc in the windscreen, the DVLA (UK vehicle department) have not issued the original reigistration because, they say, they need more evidence.

Does anyone in the US recognise this car and could lead us to the American owner ?  He might have more original UK paperwork.

Thanks for any help.
That is a nice straight unmolested S, well worth bringing back to the UK.

Thanks Ian,
we're going to try that.

D Reg.. 66. Heritage Certificates of the vintage often show original reg number....  Might be worth asking.

Cheers, Ian
