been to Catalina island last month and saw some of Catalina mokes being used as golfcarts and some are just in some peoples frontwards full off cobwebs. (sad face)

I got interesting email today..  Moke America and Cruise Car Inc. are getting Divorced .. Cruise car Inc will No longer import. assemble , install the 7 DOT items required by NHTSA or install the Vin numbers on the E mokes from Moke America   the Moke USA vs Moke America trademark appeal comes up in Q4 2022.. and Moke America Lost the original case..Trouble in Paradise ?

Markiss.. some history on the trademark./copyright patent for the name MOKE.. they was first imported to Berry Buick/ keenan motors in Phily in 1964.. the first FIDDY mokes were imported late 1964.. Hambro was the importer and trademark holder.. British Leyland sold MOKE name to Cagiva around 1985 and then Ed Peters bought from Bankruptcy  court in Rome,  Italy from Cagiva in 2005..  A little bird told me that their is going to be third party  applying to join the Moke USA  vs Moke America trademark appeal. soon..

I think Moke America.. will get theirs  soon. as they do NOT own the trademark. copyright or patent for the name MOKE..  moke america lost trademark case in April 2020 to Moke USA/ ACG moke.. and does  Ed Peters Ming moke owns the name MOKE copyright and patent.. worldwide..?? you would think todd rome/ moke america invented the   MOKE..  ?? they  could be  some sick  4000 e moke owners with Moke America loses the trademark appeal case in Q 4 2022.. in Arlington Vir. Trademark Federal court..?? When CBP ( US Customs) seize fake items( for Trademark Fraud... like Fake Rolexs they crush them..maybe the E mokes will make nice rusty coffee tables??
