Look at roof rack maker's websites. Or just google BMW MINI roof racks.

If you go to the Yakima web site and select 'custom' roof racks, they have a solution that is 'permanent' - you drill holes in the roof and mount their rack system:

Hi everyone,
I need to install a roof rack for my board. The Minimania shop unfortunately doesn't have any for the R50 model. Does anyone know a place I could get a quality kit online or for pick up (within a 70 miles radius from San Diego)?
