Classic Mini bushing rod change box in differential cover

Fits in the rod change differential housing to connect the support rod to the housing. This bushing isolates the shift rod from the engine via a rubber bushing sandwich. With time and usage the rubber disintegrates, sending vibration and noise through the shift lever. This bushing should be replaced whenever you remove the rod shift assembly.
