Classic Mini Drive Flange S Type 7.5 Discs Aftermarket

The Mini Cooper "S" drive flange as used on all Minis built for 10" wheels is an integral part of the front suspension. In addition to providing the connection between the axle and the wheels, it also provides the outer thrust surface for the wheel bearings. This is the main area for concern; if the bearings work loose or wear out, the inner race of the bearing will spin and wear a very precise groove into the drive flange. This groove is typically so well machined that it is often overlooked and assumed to be manufactured. If your drive flange is showing this groove, it is past time for replacement!
