Rod Actuating , Brake and Clutch Master Cylinder pre-1967, Sprite & MG Midget
The rod that extends from the brake or clutch pedal and pushes the piston in the master cylinder has a clevis on the end at the pedal. As this clevis wears it allows for a trememdous amount of movement before any real action results. If you have this problem- it is easier to fix then to try and weld up the hole and redrill it! Fitted from 1967-1979.
