Most doors come with the nut fitted for the door mirrors but when buying door skins you will need to check these special nuts are fitted to the holes.

How do I remove this nut, I had to cut the head off the this bolt because bit was seized and not turning but this nut in the back was spinning. Is their a tool I need or what to remove them and put new ones in

hate to say it but there's no such tool. You're going to probably have to drill it out!
